GENERAL INFORMATION

MOVIE RENTALS:
DVD New Releases: $10.00ec per DVD for 48 hours. ( Late fees $7.00 ec per day. )
DVD Standard: $ 8.00ec per DVD for 48 hours. ( Late fees $6.00 ec per day. )
Videos: $ 5.00ec per tape for 48 hours. Some tapes are $4ec for 48 hrs.
(Video Late fees $2.00 ec per tape per day and rewinding fees are $1.00 ec per tape. )

STORE HOURS:
Our hours are from 9:00am to 10:00pm Monday through Saturday and from 1:00pm to 7:00pm on Sundays.
We are also open on holidays.
Member acknowledges that Videos and DVD's must be returned by 10:00pm the evening they are due to avoid extended viewing fees - which shall be assessed on a daily basis. Member may ask store personnel for further explanation.

SPECIAL PROMOTIONS:
After count of five (5) tapes you get one standard free. (no new releases)
We also offer delivery and pick up of tapes/DVD's and phone-in reservations.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Our services are only rendered to Club Members and Membership cards must be presented for every rental.
Membership fee is $25.00ec and payable annually.

Damages for products are $95.00ec per DVD and $75.00ec per Video. Remember, we only rent original tapes.

Any rented item not returned to FIRST LOOK VIDEO Store within 10 days after rental may, at the option of FIRST LOOK VIDEO, be converted from a rental to a sale. Member is responsible for the full rental price of the unreturned item plus all rental and extended viewing fees and other related charges arising from the rental prior to the conversion to a sale.

Member must notify FIRST LOOK VIDEO Store immediately by telephone and in writing if their membership card(s) is lost or stolen. Member is responsible for all use of the card prior to receipt by FIRST LOOK VIDEO Store of written notice of the loss or theft.

Failure to notify the issuing store of the loss or theft of your membership card(s) may result in the posting of significant charges to the credit card account which you identify on the application.

Member authorizes FIRST LOOK VIDEO to release information contained in the Application or generated by or through the use of the membership cards (a) for account maintenance purposes and (b) to FIRST LOOK VIDEO's franchisees for use in the ordinary course of their business including debt collecting and marketing purposes.
